After you've reached out us, we'll arrange a meeting to dive deeper into your vision for your new home. During this meeting, we'll discuss your requirements, plans, any limitations, budget considerations.
Considering these factors, we will showcase our latest designs, available homes, and their current construction stage. Their current stage of construction will indicate the level of tailoring we can incorporate into your house’s goal. At the end of the initial consultation, we will provide you with a Free Initial Cost Estimate.
In this meeting, our main focus is you and your goals, as we strive to establish a strong foundation for our working relationship. Our aim is to gain a clear understanding of your aspirations, allowing us to align them with the perfect design from our extensive range of options.
We'll be with you every step of the way, guiding you through the planning, design and approval process. Our team will work closely with architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure a seamless process in order to fully realise the design of your house.
During this process we'll assist in lodging development applications and permits. This phase concludes with a comprehensive detailed design and budget, ensuring transparency and clarity in the project.
Welcome to the stage where your turnkey home becomes a reality. Open communication with you throughout the construction process is key, ensuring your peace of mind. Our dedicated team will keep you informed every step of the way, providing a weekly progress report to keep you updated. Additionally, we are always available for onsite meetings upon request, allowing you to witness the progress firsthand.
Once we've completed the pre-inspection of your property and you give us the thumbs up for your new house, it's time for the big moment! You'll receive all the essential information, warranties, and certificates before you move into your new house. And don't worry, three months after the handover, we'll check in with you to make sure you're absolutely delighted with your new home!
