Our Bespoke Home Build Process

After you've reached out us, we'll arrange a meeting to dive deeper into your vision for your new home. During this meeting, we'll discuss your requirements, plans, any limitations, budget considerations, and provide a Free Initial Cost Estimate.
The focus of this meeting is you and your goals. We believe in laying the foundations for a working relationship, so we have a clear understanding of your vision and allows us to tailor our services to best meet your goals.

We'll be with you every step of the way, guiding you through the customised design and approval process. Our team will work closely with architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure a seamless process in order to fully realise the design of your unique house.
During this process we'll assist in lodging development applications and permits. This phase concludes with a comprehensive detailed design and budget, ensuring transparency and clarity in the project.

Welcome to the stage where your bespoke home becomes a reality. Open communication with you throughout the construction process is key, ensuring your peace of mind. Our dedicated team will keep you informed every step of the way, providing a weekly progress report to keep you updated. Additionally, we are always available for onsite meetings upon request, allowing you to witness the progress firsthand.

Once we've completed the pre-inspection of your property and you give us the thumbs up for your new house, it's time for the big moment! You'll receive all the essential information, warranties, and certificates before you move into your one-of-a-kind home. And don't worry, three months after the handover, we'll check in with you to make sure you're absolutely delighted with your new home!
