Building upon the insights gathered during the initial consult, our design team brings your ideas to life. Utilising the latest design software and expertise, we develop captivating visuals and detailed blueprints. We collaborate closely with you, revising and refining the design until it perfectly captures your vision.
We will then guide you through the paperwork, applications and permits to ensure a smooth process for your house construction.
03.
CONSTRUCTION
With the design approved, our skilled construction team swings into action. At Ascend Homes we believe clear communication is the key to providing you with piece of mind that your house is progressing smoothly.
We will keep you updated with weekly reports and onsite visits on request throughout the construction process.
04.
HANDOVER
We will conduct rigorous quality inspections, ensuring that every aspect of your home meets our exacting standards. Once completed, the big moment has arrived; the hand over!
