Consultation & Agreement

Phone call to get to know you and your project
Site meeting to go over the project and to see if we are a good fit for you and your project
Sign a service agreement to complete the works outlined in Step 2

Design, Selections & Approvals

We Work with you and the Architect to complete your plans so it is designed within your project budget
Provide a draft proposal of costs to complete the project
Supplier visits to choose colours and selections ensuring it is within project budget range
Final detailed project proposal outlining project sequence, costs and all your colours and selection submitted for your review
Submit to the council and appoint your Private Certifying Authority (PCA)

Finalising & Start

Final Colours, Selections and Contract signing
Apply for Construction Certificate through PCA
Start Construction

Construction & Quality

Weekly updates during the build
Site inspections at key milestones
Quality Assurance Checks throught the build (Slab, Frame, Brickwork/Cladding and Pre/Post Internal Lining)

Handover

A Builder and Client Pre Handover Inspection
Handover Day
Handover, with explainer of products, warranties and how everything works in your new home

After Care

90-Day Maintenance Check-in
Ongoing support if needed
